Technical Solution Analyst Job Overview :

In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving issues related to front-end applications. The role involves gathering required details, using troubleshooting tools, observing end users to understand issues, and validating processes both internally and externally.

On the backend, responsibilities include reviewing system logs, executing database queries, modifying relevant data fields when necessary, and restarting or managing servers as part of issue resolution. You will interact with clients and internal teams through clear verbal and written communication. Maintaining proper documentation of findings, actions taken, solutions provided, and knowledge base updates throughout the issue resolution cycle is essential.

Work will be prioritized based on impact and urgency, ensuring a balanced approach between customer expectations and organizational goals. Cross-team collaboration is important to ensure concerns are handled by the appropriate stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Diagnose and resolve application-related issues

Perform structured troubleshooting activities
Execute SQL queries and support database-related tasks

Provide technical assistance to internal and external users
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive timely resolution
Manage workload based on priority and severity levels

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline

Minimum of four years of relevant professional experience

Preferred Qualifications :

0–2 years of exposure to application support, customer/client assistance, incident handling, problem resolution, or change management

Working knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language).
Willingness to work evening shifts (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST)

Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with global teams

Flexibility to work rotational shifts and provide on-call support when required

Required Skills :

Troubleshooting and issue resolution

SQL proficiency

Technical support expertise
