The primary objective of this role is to deliver reliable technical assistance, address client concerns efficiently, and ensure adherence to defined service level agreements (SLAs). The position involves resolving issues independently where possible and escalating complex cases in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle assigned tasks and transactions while maintaining established quality benchmarks
Respond to customer queries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner
Capture complete user details, including contact information and issue descriptions, for accurate tracking
Maintain updated availability status in internal systems to support workflow efficiency
Log, monitor, and document all incoming requests, actions taken, and final outcomes
Follow standardized procedures to ensure consistent and accurate issue resolution
Meet agreed SLA timelines when addressing customer concerns
Utilize internal knowledge resources and documentation to assist in troubleshooting
Develop a strong understanding of products and services to improve support quality
Analyze recurring issues and trends to recommend preventive measures
Create and update support documentation to enable faster issue resolution
Identify critical issues and escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders when needed
Ensure compliance with service agreements and applicable guidelines

Customer Support Excellence :

Deliver high-quality customer service through effective issue diagnosis and resolution
Guide users through step-by-step solutions in a clear and user-friendly manner
Assist customers in understanding product features and navigating system interfaces
Address queries with professionalism, empathy, and clarity
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in designated systems
Provide alternative solutions when appropriate to enhance customer retention
Communicate effectively, adapting style based on the audience and situation
Conduct follow-ups and scheduled callbacks to ensure issue closure and gather feedback

Continuous Learning & Improvement :

Participate in training programs to stay updated on product enhancements and process changes
Complete required learning modules as per client or organizational expectations
Collaborate with team leads to identify knowledge gaps and training needs
Engage in self-learning initiatives and professional development activities

Number of issues resolved within defined timelines
Adherence to quality standards and process compliance
SLA achievement and customer satisfaction scores
Productivity, efficiency, and attendance
Completion of required training programs

Required Skills :

Knowledge of Retail Banking processes (Business Analyst exposure preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with customer support tools and documentation practices
