This position focuses on delivering reliable technical assistance by addressing client concerns efficiently and ensuring all service commitments and turnaround times are met. The role involves direct issue resolution as well as timely escalation when required to maintain agreed service levels.

Key Responsibilities :

Process & Service Support –

Handle assigned tasks and service requests while meeting defined quality benchmarks.

Respond to customer support requests through phone and email in a polite, professional manner.
Capture accurate user details such as contact information, department, and issue description.

Update personal availability in internal workforce management tools to support team productivity.
Log, monitor, and document all client interactions, including actions taken and outcomes achieved.

Adhere to established workflows and guidelines when addressing customer issues.
Ensure all requests are resolved within contractual service timelines.

Use internal knowledge repositories, help guides, and FAQs to support effective issue resolution.
Continuously learn product functionality to improve troubleshooting and customer engagement.

Issue Resolution & Documentation :

Analyze support trends and recurring issues to help reduce future incidents.

Maintain and enhance customer-facing self-help materials to improve resolution speed.
Identify critical issues and escalate them to leadership when resolution timelines are at risk.

Ensure accurate communication of product details, policies, and disclosures during and after interactions.
Comply with service agreements and internal policies to minimize operational or legal risks.

Customer Experience & Communication :

Deliver high-quality customer service through clear diagnosis and structured problem solving.

Guide users through step-by-step solutions tailored to their specific concerns.

Assist customers in navigating systems and understanding product features.
Maintain detailed records of calls, emails, and actions taken using approved tracking systems.

Suggest appropriate alternative solutions when applicable to support customer retention.

Communicate clearly and effectively, adapting messages to suit different audiences and situations.
Conduct follow-ups and scheduled callbacks to gather feedback and ensure SLA adherence.

Learning & Continuous Improvement :

Build expertise to maintain strong service performance for existing clients and accounts.

Participate in product and skill-based training programs to stay updated on changes and enhancements.
Complete mandatory and client-recommended learning programs as required.
