Responsibilities:
Source content and contact information that is publicly available or provided by brand/brand managers to create product support information for end users.
Communicate with brands and brand managers via emails and internal ticketing tools to source contact information and content to surface to end users.
Moderate sourced/submitted information for validity and availability on internal tools and databases.
Ensure that the information found is useful, accurate and in line with client guidelines.
Use internal tools to publish sourced content for end users.
Capture and index sourced and published content in Excel.
Streamline processes and build flowcharts where applicable.
Ensure timely response to all communication, updates to knowledge base and reports.
Qualifications :
Our most successful candidates will have:
0-3 years’ experience as a researcher, content writer, or similar role.
Experience communicating with clients, customers, or end users.
Experience doing research using multiple sources.
Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Graduate in any stream or related field.
Intermediate level Excel skills
