General Summary of Job Details :

As part of the customer support function, this role is focused on delivering effective post-implementation assistance and customer-focused solutions. You will act as a trusted point of contact for clients, addressing service-related questions through phone and digital channels. The position also involves helping users navigate support tools, resolve usage challenges, and ensuring customer concerns are clearly represented and addressed across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as a primary contact for customers, handling service requests and follow-ups in a professional and timely manner.

Coordinate with internal teams to support customer issues, including priority and escalated cases.
Provide guidance to internal stakeholders when managing complex or sensitive customer situations.

Engage regularly with client IT teams to assist with system usage, maintenance activities, and issue resolution.
Diagnose and resolve moderately complex technical issues related to product setup, performance, and known workarounds.

Operate independently on assigned tasks while seeking direction from senior team members when needed.
Support customers either remotely or on-site, depending on business requirements.

Qualifications & Experience :

Career Level: Entry / Early Career (IC1)

Familiarity with enterprise applications and at least one supported technology platform

Ability to work with limited supervision while following established processes

Clear Verbal and Written Communication

Post-Implementation / Post-Sales Assistance
