General Summary of Job Details :
In this position, the associate will support compliance and due-diligence activities by researching company ownership structures and verifying shareholder or entity information. The role focuses on collecting, reviewing, and organizing data while ensuring all client deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and analyze company ownership structures by identifying shareholders and related entities.
Perform investigative tasks by gathering relevant information, reviewing records, and documenting findings accurately.
Prepare reports and supporting documentation to ensure timely delivery of results to clients.
Process assigned tasks and transactions while meeting agreed service-level targets and quality standards.
Identify issues or irregularities during reviews and either resolve them using established procedures or escalate them to supervisors when required.
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive company or client information.
Utilize internal tools, databases, and defined workflows to complete research and verification tasks such as:
Conducting fact-finding activities
Searching and collecting information from available sources
Validating and cross-checking data
Compiling findings into structured reports
Recognize situations where additional information is required and promptly notify the appropriate team lead or manager.
Track open issues and follow up until they are resolved.
Qualifications & Skills:
0–18 months of relevant professional experience (fresh graduates may also apply).
Basic knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) and CDD (Customer Due Diligence) concepts is preferred.
Ability to review and understand moderately complex financial or business transactions.
Comfortable interpreting and analyzing source documents and records.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments.
Good judgment and decision-making abilities within defined processes.
Proficiency in computer applications, including data entry, word processing, and Microsoft Office tools, along with the ability to work with web-based systems.
