General Summary of Job Details :
In this position, you will support research and verification activities related to shareholder structures and company ownership details. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting information while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and break down shareholder or entity ownership structures within organizations.
Conduct research, gather relevant data, and maintain well-documented records and evidence.
Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and within defined timelines or service expectations.
Handle routine and moderately complex tasks, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues where possible.
Escalate unresolved or non-standard issues to appropriate supervisors when necessary.
Maintain strict confidentiality when managing sensitive or client-related information.
Use defined processes and tools to perform tasks such as data validation, information gathering, and report preparation.
Identify gaps in available information and proactively flag them to management.
Track and follow up on open issues to ensure proper resolution.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
0–18 months of relevant experience in a similar domain.
Basic familiarity with KYC (Know Your Customer) and CDD (Customer Due Diligence) processes.
Ability to interpret documents and understand moderately complex data or transactions.
Strong attention to detail with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in computer applications, including data entry, word processing, and MS Office tools.
Comfortable working with web-based platforms and systems.
