Work Locations: Pune / Bangalore / Mysore

Time: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Gate No. 2, Electronic City Phase 2, Industrial Area, Konappana Agrahara, Bangalore – 560100
(Landmark: Near Sunik Industries)

Work Mode: 100% Work from Office
Shift: 24×7 Rotational (including night shifts)

Role: Service Desk Executive

Experience Required: 0–4 Years
(Preference for candidates with 1–3 years in L1/L2 technical support)

Key Responsibilities :

Provide technical assistance for Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Windows OS, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory.

Handle application-related issues and manage tickets through IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow or similar platforms).
Troubleshoot basic network concerns including VPN connectivity, TCP/IP, and OSI model concepts.

Deliver prompt and professional support to end users via voice or email channels.
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria :

Any full-time graduate (degree certificate required; no active backlogs).

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Willingness to work in rotational 24×7 shifts.

Basic understanding of IT service desk processes is preferred.
