Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer assistance to overseas clients through inbound and outbound voice support.
Understand client concerns, identify root causes, and deliver accurate resolutions.
Handle customer interactions with professionalism, empathy, and patience.
Maintain service quality benchmarks and follow defined operational processes.
Ensure a seamless and positive experience for every customer interaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong spoken and written English communication skills (international voice process).
Willingness to work night shifts and rotational schedules aligned with US timings.
Analytical thinker with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
Ability to successfully complete all required client training modules.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented office setup.
Senior Technical Process Executive – International Voice Support :
Deliver technical assistance to international clients via voice and email channels.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to:
VPN connectivity and device drivers
Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
Operating systems and fundamental networking concepts
Microsoft Office and productivity applications
Utilize ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar tools to track and manage cases.
Take complete ownership of assigned queries and ensure timely resolution.
Strive to enhance overall customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving.
Candidate Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.
Ability to independently manage and close technical support cases.
Flexible to work 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts (US time zone).
Open to a full-time Work from Office environment.
Fluent English communication.
100% office-based role (no remote or hybrid option).
