Key Responsibilities :
Meet daily operational goals while ensuring compliance with defined customer service level agreements (SLAs).
Work according to assigned client shift schedules, including rotational timings where required.

Adhere to established governance frameworks and process controls agreed upon with the client.
Complete assigned transactions accurately within specified guidelines and turnaround times.
Technical & Professional Requirements :
Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Flexibility to work in business-aligned shifts, including night shifts in a 24/7 work environment.
Adaptability to evolving processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance overall performance standards.
Basic understanding of Mortgage processes will be an advantage.
Completion of 15 years of formal education (Graduation mandatory).
Exposure to Banking, Mortgage, or Insurance domains is a plus.
Eligible candidates must have completed graduation between 2022 and 2025.
Candidates who have completed or are currently pursuing Post-Graduation are not eligible for this role.
Preferred Skills :
Data handling and data processing capabilities with attention to accuracy and detail.
