The Associate – Customer Care plays a key role in delivering high-quality support to customers by managing complex interactions and resolving escalated concerns effectively. This position focuses on maintaining excellent customer experiences, contributing to high satisfaction levels, and supporting continuous improvement within the customer service team. The role also involves guiding team members through feedback, coaching, and knowledge sharing to strengthen overall service performance.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle complex inbound and outbound customer interactions in a professional and timely manner.
Investigate and resolve escalated customer concerns using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Follow defined escalation procedures when issues require additional support or higher-level intervention.
Monitor customer interactions to ensure adherence to service quality standards and operational guidelines.
Provide constructive feedback and basic coaching to team members to support performance improvement.
Assist with training activities and onboarding support for new team members.
Participate in process improvement efforts aimed at increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
