Genpact inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee – Quality Analyst (Customer Care).
Key Responsibilities :
Training Delivery: Facilitate onboarding sessions and ongoing learning programs for new team members using structured training materials. Support them during the initial transition phase to ensure readiness for operational responsibilities.
Quality Evaluation: Review customer interactions (calls or cases) to assess performance standards, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement plans where required.
Skill Development: Conduct refresher training sessions and knowledge assessments to ensure continuous learning and alignment with updated processes.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all team activities adhere to internal policies and applicable industry standards.
Performance Reporting: Prepare regular updates on training outcomes, quality metrics, and team progress for leadership review.
Customer Escalation Handling: Address complex customer concerns and ensure satisfactory resolution while maintaining service quality standards.
Process Enhancement: Identify gaps in workflows and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and overall effectiveness.
Process Adherence: Ensure all operational activities strictly follow defined procedures during customer interactions.
Required Qualifications :
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, round-the-clock environment.
Willingness to work evening or night shifts aligned with international operations.
Prior experience in international voice processes (inbound/outbound).
Experience in training or quality analysis roles such as process trainer or quality auditor.
10-hour shift (including breaks)
Rotational shifts aligned with US business hours (evening/night shifts in India)
Graduation or post-graduation in any discipline.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Strong ethical approach and attention to compliance.
Team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
