Associate – Operations (CBS – Risk Management, Projects & Operations) – Mumbai
This position is part of the internal support functions that enable smooth business operations across the organization. As a member of the Core Business Services (CBS) team, you will collaborate with different departments to provide essential support, tools, and insights that contribute to high-quality service delivery, business growth, and operational efficiency.
CBS teams typically include areas such as Finance, IT, Human Resources, Administration, Marketing & Communications, and Risk Management. This role offers exposure to multiple functions and opportunities for learning, development, and career progression through hands-on experience and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Risk Management & Operations Support :
Assist the Risk Management Center of Excellence (COE) with vendor onboarding processes across various service lines
Support compliance and risk-related activities as required
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of operational tasks
Maintain accuracy and consistency in documentation and processes
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA)
0–2 years of experience (freshers are welcome to apply)
Skills & Attributes :
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Ability to work across multiple departments while adhering to business and compliance guidelines
