General Summary of Job Details :
In this position, the selected candidate will review document submissions and service requests received from client-facing teams to ensure they are complete, accurate, and properly supported. The role involves validating requests, reconciling data, and conducting detailed research and analysis using internal independence and finance platforms to ensure records are current and consistent.
The individual will regularly coordinate with project leads and members of assurance and pursuit teams to follow up on pending information, clarify requirements, and support timely completion of assigned procedures.
Technical Responsibilities :
Develop a strong understanding of client organizational structures, including entity attributes and relationships, in line with internal independence and affiliate guidelines.
Build hands-on knowledge of internal independence, compliance, and financial systems.
Understand system linkages to identify inconsistencies and support data alignment across platforms.
Carry out secondary research using approved internal and external information sources.
Perform data reconciliation, analysis, and prepare documented observations or recommendations for review by project leadership.
Participate in knowledge-sharing and calibration sessions, proactively raising questions and flagging gaps in process understanding.
Work consistently toward achieving and surpassing defined performance and quality metrics for the role.

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Postgraduate degree, preferably in finance or a related field, from a recognized institution.
Up to one year of experience in research or analytical work, ideally within a professional services environment.
Prior exposure to client-facing interactions is an advantage.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Basic knowledge of corporate and ownership structures, auditor independence concepts, and foundational risk management principles.
Technology Proficiency :
Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
