General Summary of Job Details :
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented ServiceNow Developer at the Analyst level who can contribute to building and maintaining scalable solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules. This role focuses on delivering reliable implementations while aligning with business continuity and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
Support the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, GRC, HRSD, and ITAM.
Gather and analyze business requirements to design efficient and scalable platform solutions.
Configure and customize platform features including workflows, forms, business rules, and integrations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data exchange and system integration.
Provide guidance on platform standards, governance practices, and optimization opportunities.
Assist in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and risk tracking.
Participate in testing, deployment activities, and ongoing support after implementation.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and assist junior team members when required.
Maintain clear documentation such as technical specifications, test cases, and release updates.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
0–2 years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
Familiarity with at least one of the following ServiceNow areas:
GRC: Risk management, policy compliance, audit processes, vendor risk, IRM
HRSD: Case management, knowledge base, employee lifecycle events, onboarding
ITOM: Discovery, CMDB, event management, service mapping
ITAM: Hardware and software asset management
ITSM: Integrations, UI builder, UI policies
Understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and integration approaches.
Knowledge of ITIL practices and enterprise service management concepts.
Strong communication, coordination, and documentation abilities.
Ability to collaborate within cross-functional or distributed teams.
Exposure to multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, or GRC
Basic experience working in global delivery environments
