General Summary of Job Details :
Deloitte are looking for a skilled professional with strong expertise in account reconciliation and financial compliance processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in reconciliation systems and a clear understanding of end-to-end project execution within finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute the complete account reconciliation lifecycle, including compliance and transaction matching activities.
Configure and maintain reconciliation tools, including setting up periods, organizational units, formats, custom attributes, profiles, and reconciliation templates.
Design and configure match types, define and implement auto-match rules, load transaction data, execute automated matching processes, and validate suggested matches.
Interpret and implement aging methodologies based on business requirements.
Clearly define and explain reconciliation workflows and process structures.
Post and manage adjustments related to General Ledger (GL), sub-ledger, and intercompany transactions.
Load GL and sub-ledger data into reconciliation systems accurately and efficiently.
Develop and customize reports using RTF templates and SQL scripting.
Participate in full project lifecycle activities, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of account reconciliation and transaction matching processes.
Practical experience in reconciliation and compliance implementations.
Hands-on exposure to reconciliation management tools.
Working knowledge of GL, sub-ledger, and intercompany accounting concepts.
Experience in report development and data handling using SQL.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
