Deloitte is hiring for the role of Reporting & Analytics – Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Support network reporting leads and Finance business partners with analytics and insights using Jupiter, SWIFT, and other firm systems.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations on revenue, sales, and pipeline performance.
Develop expertise as a super-user of Jupiter and profitability reporting in SWIFT.
Generate and distribute customized reports (Hana, Jupiter, Power BI, Tableau).
Build, create, and deliver ad-hoc reports based on business needs.
Analyze large datasets and deliver clear, concise analytical summaries.
Explore and implement best practices in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Collaborate with USI team leads, network POCs, and US leaders to support decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field preferred
MBA (Finance or related field) desirable
Intermediate MS Excel (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of Power BI and Tableau
Familiarity with automation tools – VBA, SQL
Strong reporting & data analysis background
Ability to collect, clean, and analyze datasets using Excel & Power BI
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Customer-focused team player with ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders
Ability to perform in an unstructured environment and meet tight deadlines
0–3 years in reporting, analytics, or related fields
