General Summary of Job Details :

A global technology services organization that focuses on improving customer experience and business outcomes is looking for a motivated professional to support its service operations. The company works with organizations worldwide to help them adapt to changing market demands and deliver better customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor incoming support cases and ensure they meet defined service level targets.

Route new tickets to the appropriate technical engineers within the established response timelines.
Review high-priority, misrouted, or expired cases and ensure they receive proper attention.

Coordinate with team leads and managers to identify the right engineers who can resolve customer issues effectively.

Track callback commitments and ensure follow-ups are completed for cases waiting in the queue.
Collaborate with support teams and managers across different departments to direct customers to the correct support channels when necessary.

Communicate with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and internal messaging tools.
Update customers if a scheduled callback is delayed and coordinate with engineers to reset expectations.

Assign cases to engineers who have the capacity to handle callbacks and ongoing troubleshooting tasks.
Help engineers connect with other internal teams when collaboration is required to solve customer problems.

Suggest improvements that could enhance overall customer support service levels.

Notify management during situations that could significantly affect customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Willingness to work flexible or rotating shifts.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Capability to stay calm and organized during critical or high-pressure situations.
Ability to handle multiple tasks while managing a high volume of work.

Good teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.

Basic technical understanding or interest in technology-related environments.
Ability to prioritize tasks quickly based on urgency.

Comfortable multitasking across different communication platforms.

Experience & Education :

At least 1 year of professional experience in any field with similar responsibilities or skill sets.

Graduate or undergraduate degree preferred.
