Job Summary
We are seeking a Process Executive for our B&L team with 0 to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and a keen interest in customer service within the mortgage domain. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to our companys mission by ensuring efficient and accurate processing of mortgage-related tasks.
Responsibilities
Perform data entry and validation tasks using MS Excel to ensure accuracy and completeness of mortgage-related information.
Oversee the processing of mortgage applications ensuring all required documentation is collected and verified.
Provide support to the customer service team by addressing inquiries related to mortgage processes.
Assist in the appraisal and valuation functions of mortgage loans ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Generate reports and summaries using MS Excel to provide insights into process performance and identify areas for improvement.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates on the status of mortgage applications.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to streamline mortgage processing tasks.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all aspects of the job.
Provide feedback to management on process bottlenecks and suggest actionable solutions.
Contribute to the overall success of the team by meeting individual and team performance targets.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including data entry validation and reporting.
