General Summary of Job Details :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support renewal operations and client-facing processes. The ideal candidate will contribute to seamless communication, accurate data handling, and compliance-driven execution while working independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Communicate clearly and professionally in English (written and verbal).
Interpret and translate business communications, documents, and email correspondence when required.
Assist with client-related activities including renewals, queries, and operational requests.
Partner with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and stakeholder alignment.
Process transactions independently with limited supervision.
Accurately input, update, and extract renewal-related data within the Salesforce system.
Identify opportunities for workflow enhancements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Adhere strictly to organizational policies, client guidelines, and applicable legal or regulatory standards.
Collaborate closely with Renewal Managers, Account Executives, and relevant stakeholders to support renewal activities.
Escalate risks or operational challenges promptly to the appropriate teams.
Track and maintain performance metrics aligned with monthly scorecards and KPIs.
Review and manage early warning exceptions according to defined policies.
Update renewal opportunities regularly based on established qualification criteria.
Ensure proper territory assignments for key accounts and highlight discrepancies or unmapped records.
Assist in forecasting potential attrition risks within active contracts.
Verify pricing adjustments for contract renewals and maintain accurate forecasting data.
Operate effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
Familiarity with Google Workspace applications.
Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work in diverse team settings.
High attention to detail and strong analytical capability.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding performance standards.
Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise to better serve business and customer needs.
