Key Responsibilities :

Oversee live performance metrics for Chat and Email support queues to ensure service level commitments are consistently achieved.

Monitor agent schedule compliance and confirm team members are logged in, available, and working according to assigned shifts.
Detect and respond promptly to operational concerns such as:

Schedule non-compliance
Unplanned or extended breaks

Reduced agent availability impacting service levels
Communicate directly with team members in a clear and professional manner to correct adherence issues and maintain productivity standards.

Prepare and distribute ongoing performance updates, including SLA status and adherence summaries, to supervisors and management teams.
Identify potential operational risks early, including possible SLA misses, staffing shortages, or backlog increases, and suggest practical corrective measures.

Maintain accurate daily performance records using Excel, including adherence tracking, service level analysis, and productivity reports.
Assist leadership during peak workload periods by providing real-time insights, live updates, and operational support.
