General Summary of Job Details :
We are seeking a technically capable and customer-focused Service Desk Technical Analyst with 1–3 years of experience in IT support. In this role, you will assist end users by resolving technical issues, supporting daily IT operations, and ensuring a smooth technology experience. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to service quality, and the ability to resolve issues within defined service timelines.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the initial point of contact for users reporting IT incidents or requesting support through phone, email, or ticketing platforms.
Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
Provide technical support for Windows and macOS operating systems, along with commonly used enterprise software.
Assist users with Microsoft productivity tools such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Log and maintain incident records within IT service management (ITSM) systems, ensuring clear documentation and updates.
Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level support teams when necessary, following established escalation guidelines.
Contribute to internal knowledge base documentation to improve troubleshooting resources.
Follow established IT service management practices, including compliance with security and operational policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or service desk environments.
Basic familiarity with ITIL principles or service management processes.
Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and general desktop troubleshooting.
Experience using IT ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, Freshservice, or similar platforms.
Fundamental understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
Good analytical thinking and the ability to resolve problems efficiently.
Ability to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
