General Summary of Job Details :
Drafting review redlining and negotiation of various types of contracts such as MSA, Global Framework Agreements, Local Country Agreements, SOW, Outsourcing BPO Agreements, Software License Agreements, NDA Subcontracting Agreements Data Protection Agreements Real Estate Agreements etc
Direct negotiations with client & supplier organizations Close interaction
Review of Request for Proposals including those related to public sector and identifying and articulating the legal and business risks and proposing mitigations
Review and management of Inter-company agreements between various group companies
Ensure compliance with laws and company policies while supporting business
Ensuring that the contracts comply with the Capgemini contracting guidelines and the local legal regulations
should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with specialist legal subject skills in contracts law and regulatory matters pertaining to the IT sector
To anticipate and manage the (legal) risks connected with or resulting from the business strategy and operations
Ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
Primary Skills
Must Have:
Contract Drafting, redlining, reviewing & negotiating
Good knowledge on Compliances
Experience on drafting, reviewing & redlining and negotiation of MSA, Local Country Agreement, SOW, BPO Outsourcing Agreement, Software licence
Secondary Skills
Good communication Skills
