General Summary of Job Details :
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and troubleshoot issues raised by customers, performing detailed research and escalating when required.
Resolve technically complex customer challenges across a broad range of enterprise-grade products and platforms.
Take full ownership of assigned support cases, ensuring timely resolution in line with agreed service levels while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Collaborate directly with customers through calls, support tickets, and remote troubleshooting sessions to diagnose and fix issues.
Be part of a scheduled weekend support rotation to ensure continuous service coverage.
Create, update, and maintain technical knowledge base content so that solutions and learnings are accessible to both customers and internal teams.
Develop a solid understanding of the product development lifecycle in order to communicate realistic timelines and expectations for fixes and enhancements.
What We’re Looking For :
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
A consistently strong academic background, supported by performance in secondary and higher education.
A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, or a well-articulated alternative career path demonstrating equivalent expertise.
Proven history of exceeding expectations and delivering high-quality results.
Technical Expertise :
Hands-on experience supporting Linux-based environments, with practical knowledge in at least three of the following areas:
Virtualization and Cloud: Experience with technologies such as KVM or OpenStack.
Containers: Working knowledge of container platforms including Docker, LXD/LXC, or Kubernetes.
Storage Systems: Familiarity with block, object, and network storage solutions.
Networking: Practical understanding of bonding, firewalls, bridging, switching, network file systems, and MTU-related issues.
Cloud Operations: Experience with provisioning, monitoring, orchestration, and lifecycle management.
Advanced Troubleshooting Skills :
Integrating Linux systems with external services such as authentication systems, directory services, and network file systems.
Analyzing logs and stack traces to identify root causes and recommend next steps.
Clear understanding of operating system–level and application-level defects, including when and how to escalate to specialized teams.
Basic programming knowledge in at least one language.
Additional Requirements :
Willingness to travel internationally up to twice a year for company events, with trips lasting up to two weeks.
