Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to define software requirements and ensure seamless integration with business objectives.
Participate in code reviews, promote a culture of code quality, and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Stay updated on industry technology trends and innovations while actively contributing to technology communities.
Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.
Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
Provide specialist advice and support for stakeholders/customers.
Manage risk and strengthen controls in work areas while ensuring compliance with regulations, rules, and codes of conduct.
Build relationships with stakeholders/customers to identify and address their needs.
Maintain an understanding of how different teams contribute to business objectives and collaborate effectively.

Requirements:
Technical Skills:
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journeys, Transactional APIs, and Mobile Studio.
Proficiency in SQL and HTML coding.
Experience with Java and APIs is a plus.
Domain Knowledge:
Prior experience in the Financial Services/Banking industry is highly valued.
