This role functions in a round-the-clock operating model, including rotational shifts and weekend coverage, requiring ongoing flexibility.
Key Responsibilities :
Address card member inquiries related to disputes and account concerns with speed and accuracy
Make timely decisions to resolve customer issues in line with defined guidelines.
Deliver high-quality customer support through inbound voice interactions
Ensure complete resolution of queries by following established processes and service standards
Use effective call-handling techniques to provide suitable options and solutions
Achieve first-contact resolution wherever possible to enhance customer satisfaction
Meet defined performance targets related to customers, employees, and business outcomes
Identify recurring issues, share feedback, and suggest improvements to processes and workflows
Maintain consistent service quality to meet customer expectations
Adhere strictly to compliance, quality, and operational guidelines
Build positive customer relationships during every interaction, creating measurable value
Accurately record account details and provide tailored solutions
Consistently deliver strong results across satisfaction, efficiency, and quality metrics
Minimum Requirements :
Completion of 10+2 education in any discipline
At least 1 year of experience in an international voice-based customer support role
Preferred Qualifications :
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Graduation in any field is an added advantage
