General Summary of Job Details :

A global financial services organization is seeking a Customer Support Associate – Disputes & Fraud Operations to help deliver exceptional service to card members. The role is part of a team that manages dispute resolution and fraud-related inquiries while ensuring customers receive timely and effective assistance. The position operates in a 24/7 support environment, requiring flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle customer inquiries related to account issues, disputes, and fraud concerns through voice-based interactions.

Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses to ensure a positive customer experience.
Evaluate customer situations quickly and make informed decisions to resolve issues effectively.

Deliver high-quality service by following established operational procedures and compliance guidelines.
Work toward first-contact resolution (FCR) whenever possible by identifying appropriate solutions for customer concerns.

Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions and account updates.
Build positive relationships with customers during each interaction by demonstrating empathy and professionalism.

Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Identify recurring issues and share feedback with internal teams to help improve processes, service levels, and workflows.

Ensure consistent adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications :

Minimum 10+2 (higher secondary education) in any discipline.

At least 1 year of experience in an international voice/customer support process.
Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Graduation in any field is an advantage.
