General Summary of Job Details :
You will be part of the Finance Operations team, supporting end-to-end Procure to Pay (P2P) activities. The role focuses on handling financial transactions, validating data, and ensuring accurate processing of payments while maintaining compliance with internal guidelines.
The Procure to Pay cycle involves managing the complete purchasing workflow—from raising requests for goods or services to completing supplier payments. This includes purchase requests, order processing, invoice verification, and payment execution.
Key Responsibilities :
Process invoices related to both purchase order (PO) and non-PO transactions
Execute vendor payments through various modes such as bank transfers, cheques, SWIFT, and direct debit methods
Support accounts payable functions including invoice validation, posting, and reconciliation
Perform vendor account maintenance and assist with master data updates
Monitor and resolve duplicate or incorrect payment issues
Participate in scheduled and manual payment runs while ensuring adherence to controls
Maintain accurate records and support reporting requirements
Collaborate with team members and supervisors for issue resolution
Skills & Requirements :
Basic understanding of Accounts Payable and financial processes
Familiarity with invoice processing, vendor coordination, and payment cycles
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
Ability to follow defined procedures and guidelines
Work closely with team members under supervision
Tasks will follow structured processes with clear instructions
Individual contribution within a team-based setup
Role may require working in rotational shifts
