Job Role: HR Service Delivery – New Associate

As part of the HR Service Delivery team, you will support employee-related operations and processes that help improve workforce efficiency and overall business productivity. The role focuses on maintaining and managing employee information, supporting HR teams, and assisting with Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) processes related to talent and performance management.
Employee Services teams provide internal HR support such as payroll coordination, employee data administration, training support, and HR process management. These activities help ensure employees receive timely assistance and that HR operations run smoothly.
Key Skills and Requirements :
Basic understanding of employee data management and HR operational processes
Ability to handle requests related to employee promotions, transfers, and record updates
Familiarity with handling bulk data updates and maintaining HR system records
Strong attention to detail and accuracy while managing employee information
Customer-focused mindset with good communication skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain and update employee records and organizational data within HR systems
Process employee lifecycle activities such as promotions, transfers, and position updates
Handle requests from HR Business Partners and employees related to data modifications
Coordinate with payroll and HR operations teams to resolve employee data issues
Monitor and troubleshoot system interface or data replication errors that may affect payroll or HR processes
Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining high levels of data accuracy and service quality
Work Environment :
Most tasks will follow defined procedures and guidelines
Daily collaboration will mainly be with team members and immediate supervisors.
The role is primarily individual contributor-based but within a team environment
Detailed instructions and supervision will be provided for assigned tasks
The position may involve working in rotational shifts depending on business requirements
