Business Advisory – New Associate
(Next-Generation Customer Operations
Service Desk – Non-Voice Support)

Eligibility

Education: Any graduate

Experience: 0–1 year

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional who thrives in structured environments and enjoys solving process and quality challenges. In this role, you will support operational excellence across customer operations by reviewing workflows, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and helping teams deliver accurate, compliant, and business-aligned outcomes.

You will play a key role during project planning and execution by clarifying requirements, identifying risks early, and supporting quality checks, testing, and issue resolution. The role also involves cross-team coordination, documentation support, and contributing to knowledge sharing and training initiatives to strengthen long-term process stability.

Key Responsibilities :

Operational & Quality Oversight

Review and assess deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with defined SOPs

Monitor workflows and maintain agreed service and quality benchmarks.
Support teams in consistent and compliant handling of cases, requests, and reviews

Provide guidance on interpreting and applying complex or nuanced process guidelines

Analysis & Problem Solving :

Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and recurring issues

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for errors or process breakdowns.
Recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce future risks

Assist in defining roles and responsibilities (RACI) for improvement initiatives.

Reporting & Insights :

Prepare regular quality and performance reports with clear insights and recommendations

Track key metrics such as error rates, compliance scores, re-audit results, and corrective actions.
Partner with operational stakeholders to design and implement quality improvement plans

Training & Knowledge Sharing :

Share quality findings and insights with teams to promote continuous improvement

Contribute to onboarding and refresher training materials using real quality data
Participate in calibration sessions to ensure uniform application of quality standards

Support documentation, justification notes, and knowledge transfer activities

Collaboration & Work Environment :

Work closely with peers within the organization on daily tasks and problem resolution

Engage periodically with internal stakeholders and management

Operate with minimal supervision on routine work and guided support for new assignments.
Act as an individual contributor and, where required, support or oversee small work efforts or teams

Be flexible to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements

Skills & Competencies We’re Looking For :

Strong attention to detail with a high commitment to accuracy

Analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and process gaps

Objective decision-making and confidence in raising quality or compliance concerns.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder updates

Basic understanding of case management systems and workflow tools

Familiarity with documentation standards, email etiquette, and professional communication.
Exposure to account review, risk identification, and process compliance is an advantage

Good command of the English language.
