General Summary of Job Details :

The Application Technical Support Associate serves as the primary point of contact between clients and internal systems or applications. This role focuses on delivering high-quality support by understanding client concerns, identifying root causes, and providing effective solutions. Strong communication skills and product knowledge are essential to ensure smooth system operations and a positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Identify, analyze, and document client-reported incidents accurately.
Provide troubleshooting support and guide users toward effective solutions.

Participate in team discussions focused on problem-solving and service improvement.
Maintain detailed records of issues, actions taken, and resolutions for future reference.

Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and service quality.

Required Skills :

Proficiency in Service Desk Management.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with ticketing or helpdesk systems.

Understanding of incident and request management processes.
Familiarity with remote troubleshooting tools.

Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.

Experience:

0–2 years of relevant experience in Service Desk or Technical Support.
Minimum of 15 years of full-time education.
Bengaluru, India.
