General Summary of Job Details :

We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join our Managed Services team, supporting the Converged Mediation platform. In this role, you will handle daily operational activities, respond to client requests, manage support tickets, and contribute to automation initiatives. Your efforts will help improve team efficiency, meet service commitments, and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver second-level technical support by diagnosing and resolving issues in a live production environment
Manage and track customer incidents, ensuring proper troubleshooting and timely communication
Keep all support tools and ticketing systems updated with accurate and current information
Maintain strong customer satisfaction through prompt responses and professional interactions
Follow up on open issues and coordinate with customers to ensure closure
Perform routine system health checks and assist in identifying and resolving performance-related concerns
Participate in issue analysis, validation, testing, and support for product enhancements or fixes
Ensure all activities are aligned with defined service level agreements (SLAs)
Work in flexible shifts, including on-call support as required
Communicate effectively to clearly explain technical information and updates

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Understanding of mediation systems, preferably with exposure to CSG Intermediate Product
Ability to perform initial analysis and troubleshooting of customer configurations
Willingness to learn and adapt to new programming or scripting languages
Basic scripting or coding skills (such as Unix shell, Python, C, or C++) for minor fixes
Familiarity with Telecom BSS/OSS environments
Knowledge of operational support systems, billing processes, or related technical domains
Experience with databases such as Oracle is an added advantage
Understanding of telecom workflows and customer service practices
Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and queue management
